If you are dissatisfied with Magency’s Social Media followers, likes, views, or comments services, please contact our support team at magencysocials@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued if we are unable to fulfil the service you paid for.
Exclusions
Refunds do not apply to:
- Free credits or promotional services;
- Services that have been completed and verified;
- Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
Process
- To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and a detailed explanation.
- We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with an approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7-10 business days, subject to the processing times of your financial institution.
Right to Deny Refund
Magency reserves the right to deny any refund request for the following reasons:
- Attempted misuse or exploitation of the refund policy;
- Repeated refund requests by the same user for multiple Services;
- Non-adherence to our Terms of Service.
Service-Specific Guidelines
If the ordered likes, followers, views, or comments have been delivered and verified, they are not eligible for a refund. Should you encounter any delivery or quality issues, please contact our support team promptly and prior to the 30-day window closing.
