3. Magency is not liable for any consequences of actions taken through your account. If your Social Media profile is banned for any reason, we assume no responsibility.
4. We require your Social Media Handle username only to retrieve the necessary information through the Social Media API. We do not store, distribute, or disclose your username to any third parties.
5. We strive to deliver followers, likes, or views as promised. If your purchase is not fulfilled as expected, please contact our support team so we can address any shortfalls.
6. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
7. It is the user’s responsibility to keep their Socials Media account Public (without changing their username) during the use of Magency’s service. If your account is set to Private, we will not reimburse or compensate for any service downtime.
8. By purchasing from Magency, you confirm understanding of these terms and agree not to file fraudulent disputes via your payment method. Any chargeback will lead to a permanent ban and removal of any services previously delivered.
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service or its content without notice or liability.
10. It is your obligation to check if these Terms have changed.

13. Refunds

General Policy

If you are dissatisfied with Magency’s Social Media followers, likes, views, or comments services, please contact our support team at magencysocials@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued if we are unable to fulfil the service you paid for.

Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to:

1. Free credits or promotional services;
2. Services that have been completed and verified;
3. Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.

Process

1. To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and a detailed explanation.
2. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with an approval or denial.
3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 7-10 business days, subject to the processing times of your financial institution.

Right to Deny Refund

Magency reserves the right to deny any refund request for the following reasons:

1. Attempted misuse or exploitation of the refund policy;
2. Repeated refund requests by the same user for multiple Services;
3. Non-adherence to our Terms of Service.

Service-Specific Guidelines

If the ordered likes, followers, views, or comments have been delivered and verified, they are not eligible for a refund. Should you encounter any delivery or quality issues, please contact our support team promptly and prior to the 30-day window closing.
